QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certificate IV in Fitness
  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Diploma of Sport and Recreation
  • Level 1 and 2 Boot Camp Instructor
  • First Aid and CPR

    First person I talked to when I walked into the LyfeStyle24 gym was Allan, who was straight up attentive and helped me through all my queries and questions patiently. The first training session with him was no joke! I basically crawled out of there drenched in sweat but still feeling like I accomplished my goal for the day. Come to a few training sessions later, I’ve slimmed down by losing nearly 10kg and lost an inch of fat all over my body. My cardio, core and physical strength are progressing in leaps and bounds, and I’ve never felt more comfortable in my own body.

    As a bigger woman, my first concerns training with a male trainer was that he may push me too hard or not listen to my concerns, but with Allan I have never encountered this problem. He has impressed me, taken the time to always ensure that I get the most out of every training session and has done what I thought was impossible, which is enjoy exercise. I cannot recommend him as a trainer enough, both if you’re a beginner or you have any fitness goals you wish to accomplish, as he is by far worth every cent "

  • DON'T EXPECT EASY SESSIONS.

        

    "I have had numerous Personal Trainers in the past and I must confess that Allan is definitely the most professional in his approach to training his clients. Don't expect easy sessions because I can promise you in the last 4 months of training 5 days a week, I have never experienced an easy workout. Slow but definite result is inevitable if you stick it out with this man, but be ready to climb a little mountain on a daily basis.

    Yes I highly recommend him as a Personal Trainer."
